"My wife and I purchased a home just about a year ago. For us, it was a very exciting time. We had a full home inspection done prior to our purchase which showed no issues with the home. Late into last fall, we had a terrible storm blow through our area we had visible damage to our roof. But more importantly, I had a leak coming through my attic down into my granddaughter's bedroom. With a handshake, he came back that day and got up on our roof and did some quick repair patches and tarp repaired the leaking area.

We had to go through the entire winter with that patch because due to weather there was no way to do a full roof replacement until the Spring. I can tell you 1st hand it was a nerve-wracking and unwinding experience to have a new home with a tarp-covered roof coming into snow in New Jersey. But the patch that Chase put up, held up through the entire winter and when the weather broke He was able to replace our roof. His guys are top-notch. Our roof looks fantastic within one month of having the roof replaced we've had some of the worst rainstorms and windstorms I've ever experienced in New Jersey and not 1 drop of water, not 1 leak, not 1 sound of the wind.

Have to say 1st hand it was a very stressful situation to be in.
I would think anyone that buys a new home and in less than one year is surprised to find out that they need a new roof would feel the same way, we didn't make it very easy on Chase our anxiety I'm sure made doing this job not easy on all parties but in the end, he came through, our roof is 100%.
His guys came to set up, did all the work almost 100% completed in one day. They were clean and took care not to do damage to our shrubs and landscaping, very respectful of our home and our family. Having an emergency roof replaced isn't gonna be easy if you have to go through it and the process is very stressful. I can tell you with confidence that if you hire Ultimate Improvements to do your replacement work In the end when the anxiety and the stress settle you'll be 100% satisfied they did a great job.
